I’ve been “the infrastructure guy” for over twenty years. What that entails has changed a lot over the years, from the early days of pulling CAT5 cable to more recently building out Cloud infrastructure and hyper-converged data center architecture. I still love to learn new things and implement new tech. Solving problems is both a passion and a hobby of mine.
I’ve managed hardware, software, budgets, people, teams, and departments. I’ve written scripts, modules, and books. In the last couple of years, I’ve started speaking at technical conferences to share some of what I’ve learned.
Outside of work and tech, I like long motorcycle rides, reading voraciously, and spending time with my family and friends. They say “Write what you know” so I write about all of these things. The tech-related things I write about here, and the travel etc I write about at Https://morstuph.life
Currently “between jobs,” I’d love to hear about any full-time opportunities! My resume is below.
